Eligible Returns
- To initiate replacement of wrong or defective products, please share the unboxing video with us at help@myfabrio.com.
- Items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact
- “We require that items be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and unaltered.”
Return Process
- Repackage the item securely in its original packaging, if possible
- Ship the item back to us at the address provided by our customer service team
- “We require items to be returned unworn, unused, and unaltered.”
Refunds
- Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment
- Refunds will include the full amount paid for the item, minus any shipping costs
Exchanges
- Exchanges are only possible for items of equal or lesser value
- If the new item is of greater value, you’ll need to pay the difference
Exceptions
- Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns or exchanges
- Items that have been damaged or altered in any way are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
