Eligible Returns

  • To initiate replacement of wrong or defective products, please share the unboxing video with us at help@myfabrio.com.
  • Items must be in their original condition with all tags and packaging intact
  • “We require that items be returned in their original condition, unworn, unused, and unaltered.”

Return Process

  1. Repackage the item securely in its original packaging, if possible
  2. Ship the item back to us at the address provided by our customer service team
  3. “We require items to be returned unworn, unused, and unaltered.”

Refunds

  • Refunds will be issued in the original form of payment
  • Refunds will include the full amount paid for the item, minus any shipping costs

Exchanges

  • Exchanges are only possible for items of equal or lesser value
  • If the new item is of greater value, you’ll need to pay the difference

Exceptions

  • Personalized or custom-made items are not eligible for returns or exchanges
  • Items that have been damaged or altered in any way are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
